Accra knows how to party, but Imullar Soundsystem Energy 015: The Anniversary wasn’t just another event. It was a cultural reset. A celebration of community, sound, movement, and freedom. From the first beat to the last roar of the crowd, 015 proved why Imullar has become the heartbeat of Ghana’s underground scene. Before the main madness, Free The Youth fired up a pre-warmer at their flagship store a reminder that style and sound are inseparable in the new creative Ghana. Then it was time to let the music do what it does best: bring us together, break us free, and move us. The Performances That Shook the City On stage, La Meme Gang, Jubed, and Gona Boy lit it up, giving raw, electrifying performances that blurred the lines between hip-hop, alté, and new school afro sounds. It wasn’t just music, it was an eruption of energy, a loud declaration that this generation refuses to be boxed in. Meanwhile, the decks turned into battlegrounds of rhythm. DJ Loft, DJ Baaba, Mz Orstin, and Yelvu took us on a wild ride from silky Amapiano grooves to hard-hitting 3-step beats and hypnotic Afrohouse rhythms. Every set felt like a new story, a new escape. Anna Leonie and Emily In Accra didn't just bring Drum & Bass and Jungle to the party, they unleashed it, turning the dancefloor into a swirling, euphoric frenzy. African Parte held it down with Afrotech, Afrohouse, and pure African dance music, while Via Seri came through with a spicy cocktail of GQOM, Afrohouse, and Amapiano, keeping bodies moving deep into the night. This wasn’t about riding trends, this was about building a new tradition.

The Energy Architects: The MCs You can’t talk about 015 without shouting out the MCs who poured gas on the fire. Michael Nichols, aka the Gen Z Godfather, owned the mic with charisma and chaos, keeping the crowd on a constant high. Ifluence turned up the place along side Yelvu and Mz Orstin with an electrifying Amapiano session. Kojo Manuel brought his signature energy, teaming up with DJ Loft to create moments so electric, they’ll live rent-free in our heads for months. They didn’t just “host”, they ignited. Imullar: More Than a Party, It’s a Movement What started as an intimate sound system has become a movement, a place where genres collide, where creativity breathes freely, and where youth culture finds its loudest, truest voice. 015: The Anniversary wasn’t just a milestone, it was a mirror held up to a generation that’s unafraid to mash up traditions, experiment with sound, and demand more from every party, every space, every moment. Imullar reminds us: It’s not just about throwing events. It’s about building experiences, breaking walls, and owning our sound. 015 wasn't a party you attended. It was a world you stepped into and once you were inside, you never wanted to leave. Here's to the next wave. Here's to Imullar.
